I am writing this letter with my request to terminate our lease signed on Friday, July 5, 2019 regarding the 2510 Wood Duck Drive estate, Beaver, Ohio with a 3-year lease term. People often need a rent termination when circumstances change for the tenant or landlord. Unfortunately, if landlords and tenants cannot agree, they must each follow their own legal path to terminate the tenancy agreement. A tenant`s notice of termination is a letter that can be used by a tenant to inform the landlord that he or she intends to terminate a tenancy agreement and leave the leased property. Some tenants may decide to evacuate the property before the expiry date and, in some other cases, some tenants cannot leave the property for any reason, even if the tenancy agreement has already expired.
